Customers can initiate a return, refund, or exchange request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that only ‘Activewear’ are eligible for Exchange.

The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Activewear
All item(s) eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, including the item(s), packaging, label, and tag. We will not accept damaged, worn, or used item(s).
Exchange: Only activewear items are eligible for exchange. Activewear items must meet the same eligibility criteria as mentioned above.
Request Review Time: Upon receiving your return or refund request, please allow up to 48 hours for our trained agents to review your request. You will receive an email notification once your request has been approved or denied.
Refund Processing Time: If your refund request is approved, it may take 7-14 business days for your bank to complete the refund to the original payment method. For International Orders shipped outside of Malaysia, please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Return Instructions: Email us at support@wellnest.my if you have an issue with your order and we will be happy to process the return/exchange for you. Note that we only accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items have to be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
Upon submitting the request, we will revert with a confirmation email for next steps.
